Win Ropes Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

By registering an account on the Win Ropes platform (accessible at winropes.com and associated mobile applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and Win Ropes.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use any Win Ropes services. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Win Ropes reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

To open and maintain a Win Ropes account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win Ropes does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of a Win Ropes employee or business partner.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from any gaming platform, including Win Ropes.
• You must not have had a Win Ropes account previously closed for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Win Ropes account credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. Win Ropes will never contact you by phone, email, or SMS to ask for your password or full account credentials.

You must notify Win Ropes support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until you have informed Win Ropes, you remain responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

Win Ropes operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, when our fraud detection systems flag unusual activity, or periodically as a standard compliance measure. Requested documents typically include:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (both sides)
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot showing JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered in your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account restriction until the process is completed. Win Ropes will never use your KYC documents for any purpose beyond account verification and regulatory compliance.

Win Ropes processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. There are no conversion fees on any transaction at Win Ropes.

Accepted Payment Methods

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Win Ropes will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect you from fraud and to maintain the integrity of the Win Ropes financial system.

Win Ropes offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and seasonal offers throughout the year. Participation in any bonus offer is optional but, once claimed, the player is bound by the specific terms attached to that promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses at Win Ropes carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet using the bonus balance before it can be withdrawn as cash. The specific requirement is stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your Win Ropes account. Real money is used first in wagering; bonus funds are used once real money balance is exhausted.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Win Ropes reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time if system abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.

Win Ropes operates casino games, card games, and sports betting markets using certified random number generators (RNG) and officially sourced odds data. The integrity of every game and betting market is a non-negotiable commitment at Win Ropes.

• All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems that cannot be influenced by Win Ropes or by players.
• Win Ropes poker games are peer-to-peer — you compete against other registered players, not against the house.
• PSL and sports betting odds are derived from live market data and reflect genuine probability assessments. Win Ropes does not manipulate odds after you have placed a bet.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or bet — such as a disconnection during a live casino hand — Win Ropes will resolve the situation based on the game state at the point the error occurred, using available server logs as the definitive record.
• Disputed game outcomes must be raised with Win Ropes support within 72 hours of the event. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

Sports Betting Settlement Rules

For PSL and other cricket betting markets, Win Ropes uses official match results from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the tournament organiser as the definitive settlement source. In cases where a match is abandoned, rain-interrupted, or officially declared a no-result, the following applies:

• Matches abandoned before a ball is bowled — all bets voided, stakes returned.
• Matches reduced by weather but achieving the minimum qualifying overs — result stands, bets settled accordingly.
• In-play bets placed after the minimum qualifying overs have been bowled will be settled based on the D/L method result if applicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Win Ropes platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation, and any bonus balances forfeited:

• Opening more than one account per individual, household, or IP address without prior written approval from Win Ropes.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with Win Ropes games, betting markets, or account systems.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping (deliberate loss of poker chips to an accomplice), or any other activity that undermines the integrity of a game or market.
• Exploiting errors in software, incorrectly displayed odds, or any technical vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a recognised technical error will be voided.
• Using a stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment method to make deposits or receive withdrawals on Win Ropes.
• Attempting to launder money or use Win Ropes for any transaction that is illegal under applicable Pakistani financial regulations.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Win Ropes account credentials to any third party.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to deposit limits take 48 hours to apply; decreases are immediate.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a set time period of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-Off Period: Lock your account for a chosen period from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from Win Ropes. A minimum exclusion period of six months applies. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.

Players who are self-excluded from Win Ropes must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. Any account discovered to be operated by a self-excluded individual will be closed and the balance returned to the player's verified payment method, with any bonus funds forfeited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Win Ropes platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Win Ropes content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Win Ropes software or game engine.
• Use Win Ropes branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside the platform without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Win Ropes platform content.

Unauthorised use of Win Ropes intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal channels.

Win Ropes provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability. However, Win Ropes does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of technical errors, or that game results will always be rendered without delay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Win Ropes' total liability to any player arising from a single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or stake placed in that specific transaction. Win Ropes shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from platform unavailability.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses caused by events outside Win Ropes' reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.

Win Ropes reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its discretion and without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Receipt of a formal request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 24 months.

If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, Win Ropes will return your real money balance (net of any funds derived from fraudulent activity) to your verified payment method. Any bonus balances, loyalty points, or promotional credits will be forfeited.

If you wish to close your Win Ropes account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team. Your remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within three business days. Please note that voluntary account closure is different from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account due to concerns about your gaming, please use the self-exclusion option instead.

Win Ropes may update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — for example to bonus rules, withdrawal limits, or eligibility criteria — we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing rules or correction of typographical errors, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, your recourse is to stop using the Win Ropes platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
